In 2001, Bruker Daltonics added eight new life-science systems to its product line. These new instruments cover a broad range of applications, including the first MALDI-TOF/TOF instrument to enter the proteomics market, as well as an innovative ESI-Q-q-TOF mass spectrometer with proprietary designs for significantly improved resolution and accuracy. This year at PITTCON PITTCON Pittsburgh Conference  2002, Bruker Daltonics announced six major product introductions involving mass spectrometry-based life science systems, in addition to significant new software capabilities for three of its bioinformatics products.
