Reports Record Second Quarter Revenues; Quick-Casual Chain Reports Strong Results as Growth Continues with More Than 100 New Bakeries Planned by 2008.BURLINGTON, Vt. -- Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc. today reported that second quarter revenue for comparable sales grew 5.8 percent at company locations and 3.9 percent system wide for the second quarter ending July 11, 2006. This is the ninth consecutive quarter of comparable restaurant sales growth for Bruegger's, marking a company record of consistent sales growth. The guest check average increased 8.2 percent for company-owned bakeries and 7.5 percent system wide. "We are pleased to see the positive momentum into the second quarter as we continue to gain growth in both our corporate and franchise markets.
