Tranz-Send Broadcasting Network, Inc. (TSBN), provider of the Web's most advanced infrastructure for the delivery of full-screen, on-demand video and audio solutions, and Bruder Releasing, Inc. (BRI), a leading distributor of programming to Pay-Per-View (PPV), Pay Cable and Basic Cable systems nationwide, today announced the formation of a strategic business relationship to distribute BRI content on-demand over the Web using TSBN's proprietary encoding and on-demand delivery technology.

Under terms of the agreement, BRI will provide independent, full-length feature films and Internet license rights to TSBN, and TSBN will offer complete, end-to-end content delivery services for BRI that include digital rights management, encoding, content hosting, on-demand delivery, e-commerce and audience profiling.

BRI, historically a leading provider of programming to the cable TV market, currently represents over 120 producers and distributors and is actively placing their product on a worldwide basis. BRI content will be delivered to viewers over the web via ClickMovie.com, TSBN's flagship entertainment portal and will use TSBN"s patent-pending Tranz-Cast(TM) technology, which offers on-demand, full-screen, broadcast-quality video and audio to viewers on low-broadband (300 kbps) or better connections. Viewers on dial-up modems who opt to view Tranz-Cast content may do so by scheduling delivery of the content in advance using the TSBN ClickMedia Manager, part of the TSBN player.
