Bruce ban breached.


A MAN obsessed with newsreader A client program that is used to read messages from Internet-based discussion groups (the venerable Usenet) or syndication feeds such as RSS and Atom. Some programs provide a search and organization tool for both newsgroups and feeds as well as local e-mail messages, contacts and other  Fiona Bruce yesterday admitted breaching a court order.

Peter Oakey, 50, is banned from contacting Fiona, 45, who also presents the BBC's Antiques Roadshow.

But he pleaded guilty at Basildon Crown Court in Essex yesterday to sending her 20 greetings cards and three bouquets of flowers.

Oakey, of Brentwood, Essex, called Bruce his "firebird".

He also used phrases such as "I love you, Fiona" and "your loving husband, Peter".

Single Oakley, described by neighbours as "a recluse", was placed under a restraining order restraining order: see injunction.  last year.

He will be sentenced for breaching it next month.
