It manages MGM interests in cable television, satellite television, other television channels and services that reach nearly 120 countries and territories.  Inc., to focus on establishing cable, satellite, and other channels to distribute MGM's massive 4,100-film library and manage the Company's existing channel interests worldwide.

Mr. Tuchman comes to MGM Networks from Viacom's Nickelodeon unit, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, New Media Ventures. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing new opportunities and identifying and securing strategic partnerships for Nickelodeon in the Internet and new media arenas. He is credited for negotiating successful partnerships with such companies as Britannica.com, Accuweather.com, eCal, Yahoo, and MSN (1) (MicroSoft Network) A family of Internet-based services from Microsoft, which includes a search engine, e-mail (Hotmail), instant messaging (Windows Live Messaging) and a general-purpose portal with news, information and shopping (MSN Directory). .com to create kid-friendly, co-branded applications for Nick.com.

During his five-year tenure with Nickelodeon, he also held the position of Vice President/General Manager of Nickelodeon Global Network Ventures, where he managed, conceived and launched Nickeldeon International's new television channel division, spanning Europe, Asia/Pacific and Africa. In this role, he launched localized channels reaching over 75 countries and oversaw all operations, including cable/DTH operator relations, technical operations, strategy and business development, ad and sponsorship sales, communications and marketing, programming, and legal and business affairs. He began working for Nickelodeon in 1996 as General Business Manager, Nickelodeon International.

Previously, Mr. Tuchman served as Vice President, Business Affairs and Senior Counsel, International for MTV Networks. From 1989-1994, he was a corporate Associate in the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, specializing in international deal-making and corporate law.
