Bruce F. Mosler, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, will-be the featured speaker at the Institute of Real Estate management's n(IREM) upcomingluncheon, which will be held on Wednesday, January l9th from 11:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Williams Club, 24 East 39th Street.

Mosler is one of the City's preeminent real estate. Executives. He also has national recognition, having represented clients such as Citibank, N.A., -Reader's Digest and Reuters America Holdings, Inc

Most recently, Mosler co-brokered the successful consolidation of Reuters America Holdings into 500,000 square feet at 3 Times Square, an- 855,000 square-foot joint venture between the Rudin family and Reuters America.

One of his current assignments is acting as leasing agent for 7 Times Square, a 1.2 million square-foot building to be built at 42nd Street by the development team of Vornado Realty Trust and Lawrence Reuben Associates. The Cushman & Wakefield team of Mosler, Charles Borrok, Josh Kurloff and Paul Glickman will, market this building, which is scheduled for delivery in 2003.
