Henderson (1915-1992) was the founder of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Henderson founded BCG in 1963 in Boston, Massachusetts. Originally called the Management and Consulting Division of the Boston Safe Deposit and Trust Company, what became BCG was itself a as Chief Executive of the Intelligent Automation Division to replace George Sarney who will be retiring from Invensys to take up the Chairmanship of Bowthorpe plc.
