Bruce Haskin named treasurer of BBN.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 16, 1996-- BBN Corporation (NYSE:BBN) today announced that Bruce Haskin has been promoted to treasurer of the corporation. Mr. Haskin, who has been at BBN since 1985, brings to the position more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He reports to Ralph Goldwasser, chief financial officer of BBN.

Mr. Haskin has served as assistant treasurer for the corporation for the past six years. Before becoming assistant treasurer, he was director of taxation for five years. Mr. Haskin is both a CPA and an attorney. He has an LL.M degree in tax. Before joining BBN, he worked for six years in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick, and at Infinet, a small telecommunications company.
