Bruce Gamble Joins Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services as Managing Director and Head of Southeast Practice.

ATLANTA -- Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC has announced that Bruce Gamble, a veteran real estate advisor, has joined as a managing director and head of the Southeast Real Estate practice. He is based in Atlanta.

Bringing more than 25 years of real estate consulting experience, Mr. Gamble focuses on providing strategic and operational real estate counsel to corporate and real estate clients. He has substantial expertise in negotiating complex real estate transactions; investment due diligence; and market and financial feasibility studies related to acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real estate assets.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gamble was a partner with the Real Estate Advisory Services practice of both Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche and operated his own real estate consulting firm. Throughout the course of his career, he has been involved with transactions and advised on projects ranging from large-scale land developments to urban mixed-use and transit-oriented developments and a variety of individual land uses, including office, industrial commercial/retail, residential, casino and golf properties.

A graduate of the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, he holds a master's in business administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
