Together with Gregory W. Seitz, the pair will manage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's debt and equity transactions in metropolitan Atlanta and the surrounding region. Mr. Fernald brings a 20-year track record in business development and portfolio management to his new position as senior managing director of the company's Atlanta office.
