Bruce E. Ranck Joins Dynamex Board of Directors.

Dynamex Inc. (AMEX:DDN), a leading provider of same-day delivery and logistics services in the United States and Canada, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce E. Ranck to the Board of Directors of Dynamex Inc.

Mr. Ranck is a partner in Bayou City Partners, a venture capital firm based in Houston, Texas. Previously, he was with Browning-Ferris Industries (BFI) for over 25 years, where he served in several capacities culminating with the position of Chief Executive Officer and President. In addition to BFI's Board of Directors, Mr. Ranck has served on a number of other Boards including Furon Company, Chase Bank of Texas and SITA. He is currently on the Boards of several organizations including Junior Achievement National, the Memorial Healthcare System, United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, and the Sam Houston Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
