Congress has specifically asked the COPA Commission to conduct a study of six topic areas related to methods for reducing minors' access to material on the Internet that is "harmful to minors." "It is our belief that after the COPA commission hearing, people now have a different impression about what is possible as it relates to web content management and the online experience. We are very pleased to have participated in this important panel discussion and I believe, that we are the only company that addressed all of the commissions concerns as well as the First Amendment rights of everyone involved; from children to parents and web site owners to web surfers," stated Mr. Smith.
