Brownstone adds licensed architect. (NW Journal).Brownstone Development LLC has named Anna Fomithcer Silvio as an architectural designer and planner at Brownstone. Brownstone Development is a planned commercial project that will have about a $350 million-$450 million buildout. It is located about 3.5 miles west of Rainbow Curve in Bentonville across from the WalMart Stores Inc. distribution centers on Airport Boulevard. Silvio specializes in residential and public buildings, urban districts, parks, interior design, furniture design and landscape design. A native of Belarus, Silvio is a licensed architect in Russia and Israel. She has previously worked at the firms of Izhak Lebanon Landscape Architects Co. and Shereshevsky & Marash Architects Ltd. of Beer-Sheva, Israel. Her most recent experience in the United States includes the firms of Johnson & Lasky Architects of Chicago and NuBeginnings Design of Homer Township, Ill. |
