Brown Jordan International Announces Realignment of Former Mass Market Division.

Brown Jordan International, Inc. ("BJI"), the premier designer, manufacturer and marketer of fine luxury and contract furnishings, announced today that the company's former Mass Market Division will be realigned under Bill Echols, President of the Retail Market Division, and will be referred to as National Accounts. Chris Carmicle, BJI's former Director of Business Development has been promoted to Vice President of National Accounts reporting directly to Echols and is responsible for overseeing this area of the company.

Echols has served in various leadership positions since joining BJI in 2000, including President of Brown Jordan, Vice President of Marketing, and now as President of the Retail Market Division. Since June, Echols has served as the interim President for the Mass Market Division and will now take over the position permanently. "The National Accounts segment is an extremely important portion of BJI's business. I am very excited about the opportunity to lead this area with the help of Chris Carmicle, our new Vice President of National Accounts. Carmicle joined BJI in May as the Director of Business Development, responsible for analyzing, creating, and implementing programs to generate new revenue streams for the company, including BJI Furniture Care Products. Before joining the company, Carmicle held numerous leadership roles and entrepreneurial positions within the venture capital community. Carmicle is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and received his MBA from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
