Brown Harris Stevens to market Waldorf Towers.

The Waldorf Towers, the boutique hotel located in The Waldorf=Astoria, has named Brown Harris Stevens the exclusive listing agent for the private residences within the property.

Located at 301 Park Avenue, with a private entrance on 50th between Park Avenue and Lexington Avenue, the world renowned hotel occupies the 28th through 42nd floors of the landmark Waldorf=Astoria.

Since opening its doors in 1931, The Waldorf Towers has played host to every American President since Herbert Hoover, foreign heads of state, royalty and Hollywood celebrities.

Brown Harris Stevens also announced that Margaret H. Bay has been named the exclusive broker for the collection of private residences, comprised of 181 rooms including 123 suites available for long-term lease.
