Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing has been selected as the new exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Dillon Townhouses and Condominiums, a condo development located at 425 West 53rd Street in Heirs Kitchen that is approximately 70% sold.

A team led by Stephen G. Kliegerman and Roberta Benzilio, president and executive director of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing, assumed sales last week.
