:BDPC) today announced that in accordance with terms of its definitive merger agreement signed with 3SI Inc., Brown Disc has completed an initial round of financing to create a positive balance sheet.

Brown Disc raised $639,750 in cash in the fourth quarter.

Chief Executive Officer Ronald H. Cole stated that the company in on track to raise the balance of funds for the merger transaction and that due diligence Research; analysis; your homework.
