On May 15, Brown Disc products and 3SI announced that a definitive agreement, subject to completion of due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired." Who would want to do analysis or research when they can do due diligence. See wired.  and financing, to merge. To date, due diligence is moving forward in a positive manner and, according to Chairman Cole, Brown Disc has received commitments on financing and the merger should be completed by July 31, 1996.
