James R. Kent began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman in December 1991 as a relationship manager in Investor Services Relationship Management & Marketing in Boston, after having spent the previous five years with the Bank of Boston as senior administrative manager of Institutional Custody. During his first six years at BBH, he played a dual role, managing the relationships of the firm's largest Investor Services clients, and leading the sales and marketing efforts in the U.S. In May of 1998 he became the Managing Director of BBH Luxembourg, overseeing the growth of the office from $14.5 billion in assets under custody to the current $87 billion.

Mr. Gildea has worked for Brown Brothers Harriman since 1990 and was previously responsible for the Relationship Management Department, overseeing U.S. mutual fund complexes for which the Firm provides global custody, accounting, administration, securities lending Securities Lending
