IntraLinks, Inc. announced today that investment banking firm Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company, L.P., has signed a long-term subscription agreement for IntraLinks' online business-to-business solutions.

The Firm will use IntraLinks' digital workspaces - secure, neutral environments accessible via a web browser - to perform a variety of sell-side investment banking functions, including asset sales, divestitures and M&A transactions.
