"The story is about a boy whose city gets attacked by a war. He joined a group of boys who were fleeing from the war. They divided themselves into groups and traveled to a country where they could be safe. Their belief in God kept them going until they found safety. I can't really relate to the characters or the events, but I enjoyed the book. I learned about something I never knew about before. I liked the artwork because it has a lot of detail, and it is easy to picture where they were and what they were doing."
