Brother charged following death.A FARMER has been charged with manslaughter following the death of his brother at their family's farm and caravan park. Dad-of-three Arthur Owen, 60, was seriously injured in the assault at Rhos Farm, near Pentraeth, Anglesey on Sunday October 4. Mr Owen was rushed to Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, before he was transferred to the specialist neurology Walton Centre, Liverpool. Mr Owen never recovered from his injuries and died on Saturday.
