Brookstone Builders Inc.

Brookstone Builders Inc., Manchester, has been awarded a renovation project by the State of New Hampshire Bureau of Public Works to dismantle and replace 170 feet of the State Prison's perimeter wall on North State Street in Concord. Improvements will include a new foundation and wall, along with a new guard tower that will be equipped with state-of-the-art mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems for enhanced security and surveillance. Prior to the demolition, a temporary double-layered security fence will be installed. Wherever possible, the bricks and granite removed from the old structure will also be salvaged for future use. Mark Gemmiti will serve as Brookstone Builders' project manager.
