Brookside Extends Deadline for Planned Acquisition of U.S. Voice and Data.

TAMPA, Fla. -- Brookside Technology Holdings Corp. (OTCBB: BKSD) today announced that it has mutually agreed to extend the deadline for its planned acquisition of U.S. Voice and Data, LLC ("USVD"). This extension is expected to provide Brookside the additional time needed to complete its due diligence and finalize terms with its lenders. The company expects that the acquisition will be accretive to earnings and the purchase price for USVD will consist primarily of cash.
