Brooks Automation Acquires CCS Technology, Inc.; Test and Certification Software Provider Complements Brooks 300 mm Initiative.

The deal is structured as a purchase transaction for a combination of cash and Brooks' Common Stock totaling approximately $5.35M.

Semiconductor equipment suppliers utilize CCS Technology's software to ensure that their equipment meets the stringent requirements of 300 mm and highly automated 200 mm fabs.
