Brooklyn storage facility sold.

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates Inc. has arranged the $1.5 million sale of a former moving and storage facility in Brooklyn's Prospect Park section to a private residential developer.

The 20,000-square-foot, four-story loft building at 1199 Atlantic Avenue The following streets in the United States are named Atlantic Avenue:
  • Atlantic Avenue (Boston) in Massachusetts
  • Atlantic Avenue (New York City) in Brooklyn and Queens, New York
  • Atlantic Avenue (Atlantic City) in New Jersey, used in the Monopoly game
 is now vacant. It was the home of Shleppers Moving and Storage, a well known New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 business.

The sale was arranged by Berel Nagel Nagel can refer to: People
  • Ernest Nagel (1901-1985) Philosopher of science
  • Patrick Nagel (1945-1984) American artist
  • Steven R. Nagel (born 1946) American astronaut
  • Thomas Nagel (born 1937) Professor of Philosophy and Law at New York University
, of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates. Ms. Nagel represented both the private seller and the new owner. The new owner plans to convert the property to luxury condos.

Mr. Nagel said, "Our firm originally took an exclusive on the building because it had 'luxury loft conversion' written all over it. Rather than market the property for industrial use, we targeted residential developers and after only three weeks we had a sale contract on it."
