LLC - Logical Link Control has completed a lease for Aerosoles Inc. at 100C Seventh Ave. in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. The footwear retailer signed for 1,400 s/f of retail space at the 27,000 s/f building, owned by 888 Union Street LLC. David Rosenberg, executive vice president with RKF RKF Rapid Knowledge Formation , represented the tenant in the transaction. Aerosoles' new store, located at the corner of Seventh Avenue and Union Street, is expected to open by early 2005. "The area surrounding Aerosoles' new location is a very strong shopping district," said Rosenberg. "The neighborhood is upscale and affluent, with excellent demographics The attributes of people in a particular geographic area.
