In a transaction arranged by the Long Island City office of CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. , Waste Management Inc., a Houston, Texas-based provider of waste management services, has sold a 190,000-square-foot industrial site consisting of a building and vacant land located in Ridgewood, Brooklyn to Atlantic Heydt Corporation, a provider of construction scaffolds, hoists and bridging enclosures. William Jordan of CBRE's Long Island City office worked with the Chicago CBRE team which heads the Waste Management account, consisting of Scott Brandwein, Jim Whalen James Francis Whalen (born May 20, 1943 in Cambridge, Massachusetts) is a former professional American football player who played tight end for seven seasons in the AFL and NFL, mainly for the Boston Patriots. He played college football at Boston College.  and Chris Reynolds Chris Reynolds (born 16 August, 1986) is a Welsh DJ. The Chris Reynolds Show is aired in the drivetime slot between 1pm and 7pm every weekday on Bridge FM.

Reynolds began his career as a technical operator at Red Dragon FM, later becoming a Programming Assistant.
