Holdings; Unger negotiated on behalf of the buyer, a private investment group. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates will remain the exclusive leasing agent for the property. "Borough-wide demand for centrally-located industrial space made the sale of Gussco Manufacturing Plant beneficial for both the buyer and the seller," Dolgin commented. "Rezoning throughout Brooklyn and Queens has made these types of warehouses--particularly with ample parking and excellent loading and distribution capabilities--harder to find."

"Our firm has amassed more than 100 years of real estate experience in the Brooklyn area and demand for this type of space is greatly outpacing inventory," Unger stated.
