In the latest transaction, Warren Forman, Esq. represented the seller, Kidd Morgan & Queeg, while Leonard Grunstein, Esq., of Jenkens, Gilchrist Parker & Chapin LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , represented the buyer.
