It is estimated that it will take approximately 1 - 2 months to determine whether or not these issues can be resolved. The Company is considering various alternatives such as the transfer of all of its mineral properties including the 543S copper deposit to a separate entity which would be solely responsible for providing funding for exploration and development. The shares of such entity would be dividended and/or distributed to the Company's shareholders, among others, as permitted by the applicable regulatory bodies. As a result of the above, the Company will actively pursue other opportunities.
