Brookfield Responds To New York City Tragedy.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 11, 2001

Brookfield Properties Corporation, in response to the tragic events in the U.S., reported that its emergency plans were implemented, including the evacuation of tenants and employees from One Liberty Plaza One Liberty Plaza is a skyscraper in lower Manhattan, New York, which resides at the location of the former Singer Building (in 1968, the second tallest building to be demolished).
