It was founded in 1955 by the Nevada Legislature. . The proposed acquisition, if completed, will involve common and preferred stock Stock shares that have preferential rights to dividends or to amounts distributable on liquidation, or to both, ahead of common shareholders. Preferred stock is given preference over common stock. Holders of preferred stock receive dividends at a fixed annual rate. issuances which result in a change in control of the company, change of management, change of corporate name, change of corporate headquarters and other significant matters.
