Completion of the sale of the Napa Ridge(R) brand asset and inventory from Beringer Wine Estates to the Bronco Wine Company The Bronco Wine Company is a vintner that produces wines under several brands and is based in Ceres, California . "We have acquired a strong nationwide consumer franchise in the super premium Napa Ridge(R) Brand and we look forward to achieving its potential in the market place."

The sale includes the Napa Ridge(R) brand asset and inventory; no facility, vineyards or other real estate are included. The announced price was approximately $40 million. The Bronco Wine Company was founded in 1973 and has grown rapidly, with strengths in vineyards, production, marketing and distribution.
