A record number of New York's broker elite turned out as Colgate Sales LLC, hosted a party celebrating the opening of the Sales Presentation Center and furnished model for The Residences at the New Jumeirah Essex House at 160 Central Park South.

Director, Elida Jacobsen Justo, VP of Sales and Marketing welcomed 225 colleagues from the brokerage community and introduced the development's theme, "Make Our House Your Home". The President of Colgate Sales LLC, Brian Collins, informed the overflow gathering of the 70+ million dollar renovation of this luxury property and the commitment of Jumeirah Hospitability Group to providing their world famous 5 star service at Jumeirah's flagship property in the United States.

The lucky winner of the grand prize, a vacation for two including airfare to the Burj AI Arab in Dubai, a Jumeirah 7 star resort, was Leonard Steinberg of Prudential Douglas Elliman. Second prize, 4 nights at the Jumeirah Carlton Towers, London, went to Hideko Horiguchi of Sotheby's International Realty.
