This location for Dunkin Donuts continues its expansion into Rockland County. Currently, Royal Properties has another site in Nyack, NY on Rt. 59 under development for a drive-thru location. Dunkin Donuts looks for stores ranging from 1,500 s/f. to 3,000 s/f
