Brokers join Galbreath Riverbank.

Joining the rranks as Senior Managing Directors, Robert Giglio, Esq. and Harry Greeley have signed -on at Galbreath Riverbank. The announcement was made by Peter Ricker, president and Bruce Mosler, vice chairman of Galbreath Riverbank. Messrs. Giglio and Greeley, both leading New York real estate brokers, will make the transition by March 2, 1993. They were previously with Newmark Real Estate Services.

Giglio, a graduate of New York Law School, has a total of 1 years experience in real estate and an additional five years in private industry. He has negotiated leasing transactions for St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center, Katz Communications, The Weather Channel, Vollmer Associates Engineers, O'Brien-Krietzberg Engineers, UNICEF, Air France and Varig Airlines to name only a few. In addition, he has been leasing agent to several prropeties including 192 Lexington Avenue and 37 West 57th Street. He has been named "One of the Hottest Brokes in the U.S.," an award given by Commercial Property News. He was formerly part of Newmark's Executive Committee.

Harry Greeley, a veteran real estate professional for over a decade, has negotiated over $200 million in leasing transactions. He regularly consults with several pension funds for purchase and investment opportunities. His clients include Hilton International, Stifel Asset Management, UNICEF and Kaplan-Choalet and Printroinic Corporation of America. Greeley is a member of the prestigious American Abitration Association, Ireland United States Council and was a Director of Newmark Real Estate Services since 1985. He and Giglio work closely together to the benefit of their clients.

In addition, Andy Simon, a real estate broker and leasing agent, has joined Galbreath Riverbank as managing director effective March 1, 1993.

Simon is 35 years old and has been active in the market for over 14 years, most ecently as a managing director for Julien J. Studley, Inc. Throughout his career, he has represented some of the worrld's most prestigious companies including many international banking entities such as IBJ, Schroder, Gulf International Bank, Den Danske bank, Deutsche Bundesbank and Banco de Brazil. He brokered the sales of 11 East 51st Street on behalf of Banco Mercantil, and 12 East 52nd Street for LBS Bank New York, a U.S. subsidiary of Ljubljanska Banka.

Earlier with Jones Lang Wootton, he was one of the original leasing agents for Manhattan Tower at 101 East 52nd Street, as well as leasing agent to Tower 56, HRO's Midtown headquaters building. Also while at JLW, Simon was involved in the renegotiation of the Bristol-Myes Squibb headquarters lease at 345 Park Avenue for 840,000 square feet. Simon graduated from Tufts University with a BS in Psychology in 1979.
