Brokers Fern and Lubin join Binswanger/Klatskin group.


Following the formation of Binswanger/Klatskin, a new international leader in the New Jersey real estate scene, the company has attracted two of the state's top producing industrial specialists. Charles Fern Charles "Charlie" Fern (1888-1990), a barnstorming Hawaii aviator and newspaper pioneer, was a University of California graduate and a World War I pilot.

Mr. Fern, who was raised in the Madison Barracks community in Sackets Harbor, New York, arrived in the Hawaiian Islands in 1919
 and Joel Lubin have joined Binswanger/Klatskin as Executive Vice Presidents and will be co-managers of the firm's new Central New Jersey office in Edison. Previously, both held senior positions at Weichert Commercial.

Chuck Fern and Joel Lubin have been business partners for nearly 12 years having previously served as Executive Vice Presidents of Weichert Commercial. Together they have generated sales transactions valued in excess of $1 billion and leases representing over 50 million square feet of space.
