Brokers Fern and Lubin join Binswanger/Klatskin group.Following the formation of Binswanger/Klatskin, a new international leader in the New Jersey real estate scene, the company has attracted two of the state's top producing industrial specialists. Charles Fern Charles "Charlie" Fern (1888-1990), a barnstorming Hawaii aviator and newspaper pioneer, was a University of California graduate and a World War I pilot. Mr. Fern, who was raised in the Madison Barracks community in Sackets Harbor, New York, arrived in the Hawaiian Islands in 1919 and Joel Lubin have joined Binswanger/Klatskin as Executive Vice Presidents and will be co-managers of the firm's new Central New Jersey office in Edison. Previously, both held senior positions at Weichert Commercial.
