Broker party held for residential project at 150 Nassau St.

Noted residential developer Yitzchak Tessler recently celebrated his latest project, the spectacular renovation of 150 Nassau St. at City Hall Park, with dozens of top residential brokers at a gathering at the landmarked building's spacious new Sales Center.

One of the city's most exciting residential developments, 150 Nassau at City Hall Park will feature 45 luxury condominiums, starting at the 10th floor. The residences will range from 1,300 to 2,365 SF and offer spectacular views of the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines, three bridges, the East River, Midtown and Lower Manhattan. Shamir Shah, one of New York's top designers, created 150 Nassau's sales center, public spaces and interiors, which will showcase some of the finest finishes and amenities available, including custom-designed Teak master bath vanities and imported handmade ceramic tiles.
