, Inc. recently presented her successful lecture, "A Practical Guide to Buying a Co-op, Condo or a House: Things You Should Know and Mistakes to Avoid[c]" at The New York Public Library New York Public Library, free library supported by private endowments and gifts and by the city and state of New York. It is the one of largest libraries in the world. .

Lee Shue has been presenting this free lecture at the library since 2001 and, as usual, there was standing room only.

 Lee Shue her real estate program is designed for first time buyers and sellers, as well as, professionals who are new to the business and would like to get an insider's view of what to expect when purchasing real estate.

Real estate attorney and invited guest speaker, Eleanor Vale, outlined the attorney's role in the process, from retention to closing.

Who would want to do analysis or research when they can do due diligence. See wired.  by thoroughly reviewing the documents from the building such as the proprietary lease, the house rules, the prospectus, the financial statements and physically going to the building and reviewing the minutes to determine if the building is financially and structurally sound.

Vale said any attorney has a responsibility to explain these documents to their clients in lay term and emphasized the importance of interviewing an attorney before making a decision to hire him/her.
