Broker gets exclusive on Hamilton Theatre.


Douglas Elliman's Perry Rothenberg has been given the exclusive right to lease the historically significant Hamilton Hamilton, city, Bermuda
Hamilton, city (1990 est. pop. 3,100), capital of Bermuda, on Bermuda Island. It is a port at the head of Great Sound, a huge lagoon and deepwater harbor protected by coral reefs.
 Theatre located at 146th Street and Broadway. Constructed in 1912 the theatre was a popular venue for both theatrical performances and vaudeville vaudeville (vôd`vĭl), originally a light song, derived from the drinking and love songs formerly attributed to Olivier Basselin and called Vau, or Vaux, de Vire. . The 25,000 square foot building is available to lease for $400,000.
