for FTI totaling more than $198 million in total transaction value for Trammell Crow Company over the past nine months. In August 2004, FTI's growing business enabled Hrobsky to take advantage of a soft market and secure 93,000 s/f of contiguous space at 3 Times Square--one of the last significant second generation spaces since DoubleClick's 300,000 s/f at 450 W. 33rd St. Yet immediate growth plans only required the firm to occupy two of the three full floors for a total of 62,000 s/f of office space.

Shortly thereafter, Hrobsky identified a tenant for FTI's former offices at 622 Third Ave.

The sub-tenant at 3 Times Square is Integro Ltd. The full-service insurance brokerage firm provides brokerage and risk management services to commercial clients worldwide. The firm will utilize the space as an executive office.
