In one of the most aggressive broker outreach Outreach is an effort by an organization or group to connect its ideas or practices to the efforts of other organizations, groups, specific audiences or the general public.  campaigns in the region, TechCity, a 2.5 million square-foot technology, office and industrial complex in the heart of New York's Hudson Valley

The Hudson Valley refers to the canyon of the Hudson River and its adjacent communities in New York State, generally from northern Westchester County northward to the cities of Albany and Troy.
 Technology Corridor, is offering $1.7 million in broker bonuses, in addition to nearly $5 million in full commissions, for deals initiated at the site by the end of 1998.

TechCity is a complex of 28 buildings on 258 acres in Kingston, NY, about 90 minutes from Manhattan. Originally designed and occupied by IBM (International Business Machines Corporation, Armonk, NY, www.ibm.com) The world's largest computer company. IBM's product lines include the S/390 mainframes (zSeries), AS/400 midrange business systems (iSeries), RS/6000 workstations and servers (pSeries), Intel-based servers (xSeries) , it meets rigorous standards for quality, flexibility and convenience. The availability of large spaces, premium infrastructure, shared security and maintenance services, and aggressively competitive lease terms - combined with an untapped workforce that is skilled and eager for new jobs - makes TechCity a unique location.
