Broker Stephen Sunderland, managing director, IGDNYC (center), receives his commission check in full for representing RZO, LLC in leasing a new 12,250-SF office at the Fisk Building for a 15-year term. RZO--which provides business management, accounting and tour production services to leading music industry figures, including David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Shakira, Sting and U2--is the building's largest office tenant.
