(NASDAQ/NMS:BROC) announces revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1994 decreased 5% to $8,715,000 compared to $9,182,000 for the same period last fiscal year. Net earnings for the fourth quarter decreased 97% to $56,000 compared to $1,612,000 a year ago. Fiscal 1994 fourth quarter earnings per share were $.01 compared to $.34 for the same period last year. For fiscal 1994, revenues increased 21% to $30,697,000 compared to $25,465,000 for the same period last fiscal year. Net earnings for fiscal 1994 decreased 81% to $545,000 compared to $2,858,000 a year ago. Earnings per share for fiscal 1994 decreased 83% to $.11 compared to $.66 in fiscal 1993.
