The primary goal was to consolidate and brand the various materials being used by the Amanda sales channels in its retirement product sales efforts. By consolidation, the financial services company hoped to create a single kit that would contain all reference and marketing materials for all sales channels. The kit consisted of a custom binder that housed a sales reference component, all legally required documents and fact sheet as well as individual product brochures and reference materials that would be required for a meeting with prospective plan sponsors. The end product, a slim package, replaced literature that originally filled a medium-sized box. "Consolidation is the key to a successful sales package," says Annabelle Sherry of the agency. "Sales forces are bombarded with information on a daily basis and appreciate having all the information they need in a package that is easy to navigate." |
