, Calif. -- Brocade brocade (brōkād`), fabric, originally silk, generally reputed to have been developed to a high state of perfection in the 16th and 17th cent. in France, Italy, and Spain.  today announced that effective October 1, 2009, it is offering the Brocade Assurance Limited Lifetime Warranty on the Brocade FastIron[R] CX, Brocade FastIron WS, and Brocade TurboIron[R] 24X products*. The program enables customers to receive replacement parts on the next business day, provided the request is received before 2 pm local time.

"Enabling customers to receive warranty replacement parts immediately is a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction," said Dan Fairfax, vice president of Global Services at Brocade. "We are pleased to offer our customers this high level of warranty support."

Response times are based on local standard business days and working hours and commercially reasonable efforts. In some countries and regions and under certain supplier constraints CONSTRAINTS - A language for solving constraints using value inference.

These services--ranging from remote technical support to four-hour onsite hardware replacement -- provide 24x7 access to Brocade technical support, all firmware updates and enhancements, and -- depending on the level selected, on site resources to perform product replacement.
