), today announced that Richard D. (Rick) Calder, Jr. has joined the company, effective immediately, as president of Business Markets. In this position, Calder will direct Broadwing's sales and service, alternate channel programs, business solutions and partner marketing for business markets. He will report directly to Jack Chidester, president of Business Enterprises.
