), today announced the signing of a three-year contract to provide state-of-the-art frame relay service to the Hillyard Companies, a leading manufacturer of floor cleaners and coatings.

Broadwing is providing Hillyard connectivity between the company's 25 office locations for quickly and efficiently exchanging inventory control data, transferring accounting information, and carrying voice traffic.
